Is a deposit required to secure my date?

Yes — a 30% non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All fees are clearly outlined in your quote. Travel within the GTA is included unless otherwise stated.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non‑refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we will transfer your deposit to a new available date.

What is included in a photobooth rental package?

Every package includes:

Professional setup & teardown

Unlimited digital photos or videos (depending on booth type)

On‑site attendant (for staffed booths)

Custom overlay or template

LED lighting

Props (if selected)

Instant sharing via text/email (WiFi required)

Are prints unlimited?

If you choose a package with printing, yes — prints (2x6) are unlimited for the duration of your rental.

Can I customize the photo or video template?

Absolutely. We can add your logo, theme, colours, event name, or branding.

How early do you arrive to set up?

We arrive 45–60 minutes before your rental start time to set up and test the booth.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes — as long as:

There is a covered area

A power outlet is available

Weather conditions are safe for equipment

Can you add our company logo to the photos or videos?

Yes — we can brand your overlay, animations, and screens for corporate events.

Do you travel outside the GTA?

We service the Greater Toronto Area and Niagara Falls.
Events outside these areas may be considered for an additional travel fee.

How long should I rent a booth for my event?

Most events book 2–4 hours.

Weddings and corporate events often choose 3+ hours for full coverage.

Can the booth match my event theme or brand?

Yes — we can customize:

How much space is needed for setup?

We require approximately:

• 360 Booth: 10 ft × 10 ft
